The following roads are included in this Contract:
Pond View Avenue, Pond View West, Wood Carver Knoll, Kelley Lane, Ellis Street, Smith Street (west of Vineyard), Independence Lane, and on Oyster Pond Condo Property related to PS Construction.
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY - CONTRACT 1C-5 is scheduled to start Fall 2024 and is anticipated to continue through 2026.
Construction Update:
Independence Lane: Intermittent pumping station site work is planned throughout the fall.
Kelley Lane: Final pavement restoration is planned the week of 11/17/2025. Police details and signage will be in place to assist residents, access may be limited at times.
Oyster Pond Condominiums: Site work is planned beginning 9/22/2025 and will continue intermittently throughout the fall of 2025.
Wood Carver Knoll: Final pavement restoration is planned the week of 11/17/2025. Police details and signage will be in place to assist residents, access may be limited at times.

Phase 1E-2 - Stage Harbor Road Sewer Extension Project, Contract No. 2022-CWMP-3B
The following roads are included in this Contract:
Champlain Road (from Stage Harbor Road to House No. 33), Stage Harbor Road (between Inlet Road and Champlain), Honeysuckle Road, Cedar Swamp Lane (North and South), Atwood Lane.
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY - CONTRACT 1E-2 is scheduled to start Winter 2024 and is anticipated to continue through 2026.
Construction Update:
Pump Station #33 (Old Mill Boat Yard/Harbormasters Garage): Intermittent site work is expected to begin mid-September through Fall 2025 with no traffic impacts expected.
Cedar Swamp Lane (North and South): Work is complete.

Jeanette Road: Construction of the gravity sewer is currently planned to begin the week of 1/13/2020 and continue through the week of 1/24/2020. Please note that watermain and services work is also expected in this area.
Road work is expected to begin 10/28/2020 and continue through to 12/11/2020. Road work will include pavement preparation on Perch Pond Road/Jeanette Road areas.
Jeanette Drive/Road: Testing of the sewer main to be started the week of 2/1/2021 in this area, and continue intermittently through 2/26/2021.

Work at the odor control site on Wilfred Road will occur intermittently through October 2021.

Electrical work by an Eversource contractor is expected to begin the week of 9/14/2020 and last approximately 4 weeks.
Pump station work is estimated to begin the week of 4/27/2020 and continue intermittently through October 2021.

GENERAL INFORMATION ALL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS (ONCE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS):
Construction dates are subject to change depending on construction progress and weather conditions. Construction is anticipated to continue through the winter construction season. See Public Notices page for Town issued Press Releases and additional information.
Contractor hours are typically from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather depending. No work is scheduled for nights, weekends, or holidays. Work may be extended to 7 PM under special circumstances.
When roads/construction areas/zones are closed to thru-traffic, the road will be open to Local Business Traffic and Residents unless otherwise noted. Please follow construction signs as access to/from local businesses and side streets within the construction zones will be construction-dependent and may change during the course of the day or work week. Work may continue in these areas even if not shown in red, and may be performed using alternating traffic.

- Testing and final paving are complete. Minor paving modifications will occur.

Final road reconstruction and paving will begin on November 29, 2021. Intermittent delays will occur. Police details will be present to assist traffic
