RECYCLEFEST 2008

Last Updated:

RecycleFest: The BEST!

ChathamRecycles.org couldn't be happier with the response to last May 21, 2008's RecycleFest -- we thank the community for caring enough to come out and get involved. We showed you where your recycled materials go, we hosted a competition with art made from recycled materials, we distributed canvas shopping bags, digital thermometers and thermostats, mulch and containers, bumper stickers, paper shredding, snacks. Yep, a great time was had by all -- and kids, adults and seniors all learned the importance of recycling. But let's say you MISSED RecycleFest -- well, you haven't missed a thing -- because in Chatham it's very easy for residents and businesses to recycle EVERY DAY of the week!

Yes, RecycleFest was a huge success -- but this is only the beginning. Join us at the Recycling Center and at ChathamRecycles.org!

A very big thanks to all the wonderful people and businesses (in alphabetical order) who helped make RecycleFest2008 a big success (If you're not listed, we apologize, but you know who you are, you know what you did, and we are very grateful!)
